Never
been to a gym? That's OK. We're here to help. New
members will be taught how to use the equipment correctly
and safely. We will also give you basic guidelines for creating
your own exercise program.
We
offer a variety of fun classes for all ages, with knowledgeable
instructors. And if you want to "step it up a notch" or just
need a little extra help, we have personal trainers for
hire, for one hour only or several times a week - you decide.
