Karate (ages 5-13)
This ongoing martial arts program is instructed by Sensai Thomas Altizer. The class meets every Friday after school, and new students may join at anytime. Teen Training & Membership Certification
This group training session, for ages 13-17, is taught by a certified personal trainer. This class is a prerequisite for membership at Floyd Fitness for ages 13, 14, and 15. However, 16 & 17 year olds are also welcomed to this information-packed 1 hour session. The session covers:
Correct form and technique for use of cardio equipment, strength machines, and free weights
Guidelines for creating a workout routine
Tour of the facility
Cost is $10. Sessions are offered monthly; please sign-up at the front counter.
